Hi guys, wanted to share with you my first attempt at building monochromatic ballom deck:

Hey
I would cut the following cards
-1 Gregoria, because this Card does not make enough for 6 Mana.
-1 Vashuna, as imo its not such a great bait as Trox and Gajira.
-1 Photocide, as 1 is in mostly matchups enough and with 2 you might brick hard.

I would add:
+2 Trox, Locomotiver, Cranium Clamp or Lost Soul,
because Discard is necessary and strong in Slow Darkness Decks.
+1 Mongrel Man, because it is your only Draw card.

Notable Mentions:
Try Chains of Sacrifice.
The Synergy with Bat Doctor or Mongrel Man is awesome.

Yeah draw section is kinda lackluster but i also find that this deck was pretty slow so im now trying to figure out if nature/ water addition wouldnt be better

Im pretty sure, the addition of Nature and/or Water would help
For example:
Water solves your Draw Problem and helps controlling your Opponent.
Also does Water/Darkness have really cool and strong Multicivi Cards

My Ideas before were just for a Mono Darkness Deck

@Dade you should give Nature a try as well. The combo with Soulswap and Gajirabute can be very effective if played correctly, and you want mana accel for Ballom too. So nature is great for decks like these, but at the same time you usually always want water in Duel Masters. I might actually run a deck with all 3 civs.

Thanks, so far im trying water/darkness combination since i want the deck to be exact 40 cards and adding 3rd civ might be problematic to fill this limit.
