Here you can find the trading feedback given for and by the users of Duel Masters Reborn. Feedback points determine how trustworthy a user is.
Please clearly designate your feedback by either using @ sign in front of that person's username (@username / @"user name") or highlighting the username with light blue color (color code #78C0C0 at least is fitting). Assign either +1, 0 or -1 after the username depending on what kind of feedback you are leaving. It's recommended to give verbal feedback in addition to the point. When leaving negative or neutral feedback, verbal feedback is a must.
For example, when giving feedback for the user Neighbour Jones, you would write @"Neighbour Jones" +1 and using the same principle for piper85 you would write @piper85 +1. More about using the @ sign on the forum can be found HERE. Use of @ character notifies the user getting feedback and makes it easier to contact the user and keeping the list up to date.
Read our trading rules and guide to trading one more time before leaving feedback here.

2 Reporting Fraud
Before you take any serious action, make sure you have been a victim of fraud. Report of an offence is not something you want to fool around with. If the other party is not responding to your messages or is simply just ignoring you, you most likely have been scammed. If somebody commits a fraud, he will always receive a temporary minimum or even a permanent ban.
When you suspect you are being scammed, first contact the other party and after that our staff. It's recommended that you ask for the e-mail address of your trading partner in case he gets banned or can't access the forum for some reason.
Secondly, you can't rush on filing a report of an offence. Instead, wait a while. It's possible that your trading partner has faced problems in real life and for that reason has not been able to carry out the deal. Or the postal office might have screwed up. We advise you to wait at least 3 weeks after you partner should have sent his end of the deal before filing a report.
If you think you are scammed, give the other party a negative feedback point. This should tip off other members not to trade with this guy at least before the case is cleared. Also, you can change the type of the feedback point later. After enough time has passed, file a report. Below we have listed different authorities whom you can file your report to in different regions.
Europe
Poliisi - Tee sähköinen rikosilmoitus - Finland
North America
U.S. Postal Inspection Service - Mail Fraud Complaint Form (USA)
FBI - IFCC Complaint Form - USA
Federal Trade Comision - File a Consumer Complaint - USA
National Consumers League Inc - File a complaint about fraud - USA
Canadian Consumer Information - Complaint Form - Canada
General
Paypal - Contact Form
You can report a scammer on this thread or by contacting our staff and we will help you out. Please remember that our website and our staff are not responsible for any deals gone wrong. When reporting a scammer, please explain to us what has happened and which user you want to report. Always contact the other party before doing anything else.
We are doing our best to prevent frauds from happening but Online trading is not 100% safe and it's a sad reality that people scam others. If you really want to take the next step of not getting scammed, please consider a middleman trade in the future. It's not 100% guaranteed that the trade will carry out perfectly but at least you won't get scammed that way.
We haven't encountered any scammers on this forum or Duel Masters Finland and we hope the situation stays that way.
