The International Dueling Cup!
IDC24!!!!!!
Date: Sunday, 16th October 09:00AM (UCT+2)
Format: TCG, Best of 3
Platform: OCTGN
Entry: No entry fee!
Decklists: Not needed
-> We didnt had the feeling that anyone was cheating
or slightly changing his deck
Banlist: no Banlist except Bombazar being banned
Deck size: 40 - 100!
-> 100 maximum, that should be more than enough
Tournament mode:
-> Swiss Format ->Every Round you play against someone with the same record
-> top 8 going to Quarterfinals
Room mode: Spectators need to be allowed
-> No room is allowed to "hide" and therefore forbid spectators
-> If we see someone is doing this -> both gets a DQ
We will also record 3rd place match and finals and upload them on our German YT Channel!

1. When the tournaments start (check your timezone) we will check whether everyone is there.
We need to do that because there were people in the past who registrated for tournament and didnt show up....
I hope that everyone will participate. So please do everyone a favor and be online on this discord server when we start
2. When we will start the Matches (Round 1,2.... Quarterfinals, etc.) DO NOT START until me or @Darksigner say "Round is free!"
... its extremely annoying when people asking 100 times or just starting on their own.
3. Im looking forward to seeing everyone of you! Lets have an nice and big tournament, for the sake of the international community!
Misplays: It happens that people make mistakes.
If we have a mistake that can be taken back and dont have big impact on the game or is bad for the player who did the mistake,
like attacking with hulcus t3 and breaking a shield, please behave like a sportsmen.
If its a bigger mistake, like your opponent gets useful informations with an incorrect upheaval/stream, the first time he will get a warning. And a game loss after the second one.
If its an really really huge impactful situation like u win with this information or lose without it, he will lose the game immediately.
This decision will only come into play in the rarest scenarios. Those rulings are only for emergencies, every IDC was quite fair.
