Title says it all. I've revamped the entirety of my 53000 card strong collection organization system (or COS for short) and begun collecting every OCG print there is from every set out there in prime condition if possible with new lists I have specifically made for it.
I will change from my old COS to my new one over time, it is a lot of cards and a ton of work so it won't all happen instantly. Expect constant updates on this thread.
There is PDF documents for every set listed here, just PM me if you want to request those. The PDFs contain a full block or are split by the amount that fits in the folder (which is 480 slots each). However, sets themselves are not split up into multiple folders, except for DMX-19 which is more than 480 cards in itself, so splitting it was unavoidable. Due to upload limit I won't be able to pass you more than a couple PDFs at a time, you also shouldn't hoard them as they're chunky files and get constantly updated. 

SUSPENDED SHIPMENTS DUE TO WAR SITUATIONS: Due to the escalation of various conflicts around the world all shipments to  Ukraine, Russia, Gabun as well as Israel and all its bordering countries are indefinitely suspended.   

What do I have?
All sorts of OCG. Old and new up to the newest sets. It's way too much to list. Over 53k, and another 2k or so unsorted bulk. The stuff comes and goes, I'm a global trader after all. Just ask and I'll check. My TCG stack is fairly small and I hardly trade anything from it.

- MINT/NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT CONDITION.
Condition Upgrades Mint only or flawless frontside minimum.
- ONLY WHAT'S LISTED HERE. Pay attention to card numbers and additional markings (H.C. etc.)

Scans or well-lit pictures of everything you offer. Front and backside for valuable cards. For more common stuff front is enough, unless it has backside damage.

FAQ:

Why don't you collect English cards (aside from the few wants listed) :
It's simple. I got everything aside from a few Promos that I don't care about. The ones listed here have alternate arts or printings that do not exist in the OCG so there is no alternative to collecting them.

What is "placeholder work"?
It's a progress of marking that I have to do when I don't have 2 copies of the same card (1 for my old COS and 1 for my new one). Of the old sets I mostly have only 1, so I have to insert a placeholder into my old COS so I keep track of where to find card X in there while shifting the card itself into my new folder system. This is THE most time consuming process about this whole transitioning as it contains a lot of writing but it is very important as otherwise I would loose track about what I've already finished and what's left open.

Why not use Google Docs?
The internet connection in my storage room is bad to non existent so I cannot really depend on the internet for those lists plus I want to keep the size of the documents easier to manage plus edit and have the possibilities for quick backups that also allow people to have access to my lists while they're offline. Those with Acrobat Plus can even add their own notes into these charts.
Another reason is that in InDesign, the program that I use, offers you a lot more in terms of color and text.
I already have my old COS and my new one to take care of, throwing everything on the webs in addition to that is way too time consuming for simple edits. This is why I edit in blocks here and then copy-paste overhaul my backup documents, it allows me to write updates ahead of time and then simply insert them later.

Why is the header in the list of posts orange?
For navigation purposes. I don’t want to bump this thread all the time with posts in order for other trade threads to be noticed, so this allows me and you to find it faster in the long list of trade posts without having to move it up constantly.
I mainly chose orange because it’s not so hard on the eyes.

Why are the Condition Upgrades in the PDFs underlined with different colors?:
This is to display the severity of Condition Upgrades. This is not present in this thread as it would get too wild with the color usage.
Red generally stands for creases, bents, glue or water damage and heavy whiting
Yellow stands for medium whiting, deep surface scratches and extremely scratchy surfaces.
Green stands for minor whiting and scratchy surfaces or the English printing is needed (relevant for TCG block).
Blue is for additional notes not referring to card condition (primarily signed cards).

DMX-19 is confusing. What exactly are you looking for?
Pay attention to the short terms and use the reference image. Here is an explanation in case the image isn’t accessible:
Classic (C) : Foil without any pattern. Was previously used on DM-01-DM-07 Super Rares and Very Rares up to DM-23.
Checkered (CH) : Chessboard aesthetic. Was previously used on Episode 2 and 3 Very Rares.
Diagonal (D) : Diagonal foiling with an oily, smeary look to it. Also contains a dragon pattern. Was used on Super Rares between DM-30 and DM-39. It is more commonly known as Sengoku foil.
Dragon (DR) : Vertical foiling with a dragon pattern. Was used on SRs in Episode 1 to 3.
Line (L) : Foil consisting of thin, horizontal lines. Previously used on Episode 1 VRs.
Circle (O) : Forms expanding circles. It was primarily used on E2 Mode Changes.
Scale (SC) : Foil reminiscent of the scales of a reptile. It is actually made of tiny dots if you look close. Most commonly known as SR printings ranging from DM-24 to DM-29.
Cross (X) : Diagonal lines that form x-shapes and travel along the card's surface. Previously used as Mode Changes in the Episode 1 block.

Unplanned delay on DMX-19:
As you may have noticed, the DMX-19 update is not here yet. That's because I got scammed on my deal involving the reference image I want to build which is in my opinion vital for this update to allow for better understanding of the short terms. The update is fully written however I refuse to post it until I got the reference image ready so unfortunately there will be further unwanted delay. I have re-ordered a different set of the DMX-19 foils (this time Auravine) and it will be shipped out to me fairly soon, I should have it by the end of the month and then I'll hopefully be able to add the update in. There is no fixed date for this update, I'll just add it in as soon as the shipment arrives as far nothing out of the ordinary happens again.

OBTAINED #19:

A huge shoutout to everyone who has been volunteering in helping with the DMX-19 stack especially trying to find the Sengoku/Diagonal foils. It is hard to keep track of it all, with over 60 SR printings in the set with HC variants included I have a total of 6 people (myself included) working on search now who will check the markets for these pretty much daily, one for every civilization plus one for multiciv. Focusing on a smaller number of different cards has resulted in much better search results as I have more time to check more places for them. I am personally searching the green stack and all the cards I already have Dia foils for in order to complete those entries so they can be cut off the list and thus allow for more search focus on the remaining cards.
During the break I will not be trading much so the next Obtained update will be a lot smaller. Obtained #20 is likely the first update to go live after the break is over. RevF will be posted during the break as well.

New Colors!
I already mentioned it in BU#14, Part 3, the block colors for this thread were adjusted to reflect my folder setup (and so was the order in which blocks appear). Previously I used two different color palettes for this thread and my folder setup, now it’s one and the same. It was confusing for me personally so I felt the need to change it especially since the DMRP related blocks would bring in more colors to boot. The colors are designed to be viewed in dark mode.

P21 is coming
The Promotional block for Year 21 stopped getting releases so I've been finishing up that list and it will go live during the break, currently break updates are scheduled two-weekly on weekends, however a lot has been happening in my real life so there may be some delay with those as well.


THIS PROJECT IS NOW ON BREAK: :
Due to my old PC being on the verge of giving out, I have gotten a new PC which requires a lot of file conversion, setting up, backing up files and other things. This is very time consuming and I cannot convert the files back to be compatible with my old PC, handling two computers just to work on this project is too much of a hassle so I decided to temporarily suspend working on it while I get used to my new PC. There also has been a lot of stuff happening in my real life so I need to spend some more time with my family.
While this project is frozen, I will not be writing lists for my wants and thus won't post any new updates which aren’t stored ones I wrote ahead of time, the only exception being the new AbyRev releases which I will continue to write on my old PC until I have converted everything else. Once that file is converted, I will lift the break.
During this time period I will not be responding to any trade or import requests!!!! All currently active trades will be finished but I'll refuse to partake in any new ones.

I will be back on track here sometime during end of September or October. Expect me to be absent for 2 months minimum.

BLOCK UPDATE #15:

Note that this is a stored update and this project is still on break. I have been making good progress with the file conversion, however I ran into an issue of folders not always importing the files they are supposed to contain and instead import empty. This is quite tedious as I am forced to double-check everything and drag the affected ones over manually via USB the good old fashioned way instead of using the cloud service. By the time this update goes live I may have found a solution to this however (Backup edit: I have not), not finding one can result in the break being dragged out further but it's too early to make calculations on that.

Not much to say except that for Dormageddon I'm willing to buy the complete 5-card set of it (for both regular and secret version) as long as the CU parts of it that I need are mint, the other parts can have damage of any caliber, I don't care. Individual parts of it are very hard to come buy and sell especially for a private seller. Of course I do prefer offers with only the required set pieces but I do not want to rule out sellers who do not want to split theirs.

PC Progress and thread continuation:
I know the thread is getting quite meaty, a cleanup will follow after the break. I have most work done with my PC, however have run into some more issues primarily related to my drawing/graphic work and some connectivity issues with other tech I am using, first and foremost my printer (that’s Macintosh for you). I need my dad’s help to sort this out but depending on well or unwell he feels this may take a while. His health is priority number one.
I still should be able to become active again at the planned date and push the first Joe Saga update around end of October, maybe early November. Those are very large sets and the first block has 5 main sets on top of that (with RP-04 being a split set like DMR-16). Since I haven’t been writing actively aside from the new stuff it will take some time for the first non-stored update to go live.

DM23-RP2 "leftovers"?
In have been actively working on 100%ing this is a set (it’s RPX Adrenaline version included) because I ended up pulling both the incredibly valuable Balad Vi Na Shura and Redzone Z Secret Gold Rares from it. These two are where almost all the money lies in, I would be stupid not to master this set. By the time this goes life I will likely have most if not all cards from it in hand (as I write this I am only missing some B-block secrets and X-variants from the RPX set) and if you see any wants of this set written down here they will not last long so it’s better you don’t even offer those cards to me.

Title says it all, as I mentioned before I had various shipments for this set completion coming in and now I’ve got them all in hand. Quick reminder that I am again accepting trade requests, I know I am late on DM23-RP3 but I’ll have singles of it in stock soon as well as stuff from the freshly released DM23-EX2.

DMRP Status
I’ve made some good progress on it, Obtained #21 will be pushed before BU#16 since the main set block comes with 5 sets this time. With DM23-RP2 complete I’ll get back to filling in some holes, I really want to finish up some sets I got almost complete as well as return to my search on the DMX-19 chunk which I put aside during the break (it’s a lot of work). The other people I got working on it got a few things for me but I’m still bundling that stuff to save on shipping costs so you won’t see it in Obtained #21 yet, perhaps not even in Obtained #22.
I may finish up a couple of these early DMRP sets as well primarily because the stuff that I need is easy to come by and not very expensive.

OBTAINED #21:

During my vacation time I managed to get pretty far ahead into Jokers block so I’ll have those updates stored and will pump them out alongside the new releases. The first to be added as of today are the DMART-08 and 09 PDFs (fully obtained already so no wantslist) as the RP3 and the EX2 sets take significantly longer to sort in. RP3 and SD3 will likely come alongside Part 2 of Jokers and EX2 with the final Jokers update. Twinpact block is considerably larger and will take forever to finish so after this wave of updates is finalized the thread will undergo a longer period of silence and I will store Twinpact updates to coincide with new releases.

Spreading out new releases and current release schedule for 2024
I was late on buying the RP3 and missed the first wave of distribution so that list comes delayed as a result. I said before that I wanted to push it with the 2nd Jokers update but I delayed it and finished this up so there isn’t going to be an eternal wait for the Twinpact block and new releases tied to it. 2nd Jokers update will now contain DM23-EX2 which I'm in the middle of writing, as soon as that’s done you can expect that update to roll out. Obtained #22 will come alongside the Oni decks and Jokers Part 3 will either be solo or contain the freshly released main set. But again this is a lot of stuff to write and I am behind as is, so I will not fixate myself on a certain date for this yet.

The next part will include the final new blocks added into this thread as well (DMEX and DMBD), marked with purple and light green respectively. DMBD will actually not show up just yet because I am…

…Cutting down on the preconstructed
I have been completing some of the subsets lately, those are primarily sets I initially skipped due to money shortage. DMD-29 is already fixed to be erased and there will be more culling of the early DMSD and DMBD sets which I haven’t uploaded here yet. I started buying every preconstructed starting at Twinpact block going forward so with those sets out off the way I’ll go back to filling holes and shortening up DMX-19 (which I’m still gathering for cheaper shipment costs) as well as kicking some sets off the lists that are close to completion. If you ever see wants from preconstructed DMBD sets they will be Condition Upgrades. Twinpact is an extremely massive block but I got a lot from it and I’m in the process of mastering two of the main sets (RP-06 and RP-08 have their final shipments pending) so the wantslists for it despite the immense workload will be relatively small. It is likely the first block after Ten Kings that I’ll completely master the main block of, but Ten Kings is still a few ways off, once I get to that block it will become a priority as I intend to fully master it with Promos included, it is my favorite block of all time.

About GoA and AbyRev EX Sets
I will be less picky with my wants from these sets as the cutting on the cards has just been awful lately and it’s nigh impossible to find these cards with perfect borders especially the DM23-EX2 ones. They already come out of the packs all chopped up at least on one side. The damage I’ll mainly avoid on those is any sort of surface damage and backside damage so don’t shy away from offering cards that have visible white borders on the front, it’s unavoidable and I will not devalue them or mark them CU since the entire printrun of it seems to be affected.

Delay to unfortunate events
Due to the passing of my beloved father pretty much all of my plans were thrown out the window and I need to free some space in order to help my family take care of everything that needs to be done and focus more on my mental health as well because it hasn’t been great lately. As a result I fully scrapped the schedule I had in mind for Part 3 Jokers, Obtained 22 as well as Twinpact Saga and will just pump those updates out when I have time, feel well enough and there is some time in between the updates.
My father was already very sick, he suffered from terminal cancer and we knew this year would certainly be his last, but he held against it very strongly until the sickness very suddenly broke him in the span of a week. No one expected it to go downhill as fast as it did but ultimately this is better for him, the last we wanted was for him to suffer. If you want to offer your condolences please do so via private message or over on facebook and keep this forum thread topic related. That being said a big thanks to everyone who has reached out to me for support. Trading serves as a good distraction so the more people I have a chance to talk to and trade with, the better. Obtained 22 is shaping up to be a very long list that's cutting loads of the newer blocks that were added here.

Let there be no holes!
I received all my shipments with the stuff to cut down on the list, it may not look so apparent because a lot of it was from Twinpact which I am almost done writing at this point. Twinpact is cut down to so little size that I may be able to push it in 2 instead of 3 updates, There is a few entries I looked over because I did my shopping based on memory, they’ll be cut next time. I have also added in lists for all the remaining DMARTs so that list is fully complete now and will expand with further releases. Same goes for the Balad/CRYMAX decks. Twinpact list release will coincide with finishing up DM23-RP4/X, and the DueParty decks will follow the update after that. Deathbell Crystal isn’t a set I have purchased yet so I haven’t made any plans for it thus far. Due to the family stuff that I had to go through I am quite behind on writing but I’ll be able to catch up once I got some time off work, however....

...It's leaking...again.
Problems with our roof have significantly slowed down my project as it's been leaking into my room and I had to temporarily free up the corner where it's happening which unfortunately includes having to share all my card storage space with other stuff and shifting my working desk over, it's very inconvenient to work like that so I have been reducing the pace to make up for the time loss.
It was a known problem but because of aforementioned family stuff we have shoved the issue aside because it wasn't that bad until very recently where the ceiling just started crumbling and there is a hole now, we still don't know exactly if it's the roof itself or a pipe that was damaged when the roof was fixed a year ago (it started first happening then) and we also don't know how much moisture is stored up there yet, I just hope it's something the insurance will cover because the financial situation for us hasn't been great based on the most recent events.
