Just noticed that the French version of "M14/Y1 Rothus, the Traveler" has different art compared to the English version. Link

Only Rothus has different artwork. M6/Y1 to M15/Y1 has their rarity mark however.
If anyone knows about any German, French, Spanish or Italian cards that differ from their English counterparts, do tell.

I have most of the French McPromos, like Star-Cry. I reckon it looked pretty much the same as the English version but I can confirm that later when I'm again able to get to my cards.

Got the first batch today. So far, only Rothus seems to have different art. I have added a list to the original post.

I am still awaiting Star-Cry, Angry Maple and Toel.
I also could not get the Loth Rix, as the seller cancelled the order. So if anyone can confirm Loth and Gigagrax, that would be great. I will of course keep trying to get those two, but it might take some time.

Star-Cry, Angry Maple and Toel arrived today, and they all look like their English versions.
I managed to secure a Loth Rix (unless the purchase is cancelled again), but I saw a picture of it, and it doesn't seem to have different artwork.

I just have a non-promo Smile Angler in french that looks the same as the english version. Sorry =(

I doubt that any of the non-English non-promo cards have different art compared to their English counterparts.
But I might be wrong. M14/Y1 was different, and that came as a big surprise to me. I just find it weird that they would bother changing one out of fiftheen cards for no apparent reason.

Try to find another french Rothus and compare them. It can be misinked too?

All the French M14/Y1 promos seem to differ from their English version.

I haven't been able to get a Gigagrax yet. I have found quite a few for sale on various French sites, but not a single one has replied when contacted.
But at least now we have a picture of it, and can determine that its artwork is the same as its English counterpart. https://imgur.com/CkrGagT

Another thing which may be of interest, is that the French versions of M6/Y1 to M15/Y1 all have their rarity mark present. None of the English ones have that. I'll update the main post appropriately.

You @Haiken certainly have a keen eye! I didn't even notice that the rarity mark was present on the French versions.

I actually managed to secured a Gigagrax not long ago, from eBay.
If you want to give it a try, you can try asking people on this site if they are willing to ship to you. Gigagrax can be found there as part of DM lots if you look around a bit. https://www.leboncoin.fr/
However, I must warn you that I never got a single reply despite contacting four different people. Though it is possible I was just unlucky.

Well, I noticed the Rarity Marks while I was looking for errors. ^^

Thank you @Haiken, I will see if I have more luck on the site.

Maybe these promos were made in a different factory then - or possibly the quality control was not so tight as they were given as complementary product so something like that was acceptable.
