I'm a pretty big fan of the card and am looking for some nice applications for it. Someone suggested it pairs nicely with Eureka Charger and it got me wondering if anyone had tried out an Essence Elf Control deck like pairing it with chargers and some power spells. Alternatively, what other Essence Elf builds have you guys been liking?

I really like to play Essence Elf in my Twin Cannon Aggro to cast:

-Rebirth:
It really makes a difference to cast it a turn earlier.
You can pressure like a god with this card
(f.e. summon Gonta, Magnus, Uzesol, Wind Axe)

-Soulswap:
You often need the extra Mana to play another Card
Enable insanely Powerplays
(T4 Swapping out Wind Axe and Summon Magnus from your Hand)

F.e:
T2 Essence Elf
T3 Hulcus
T4 Swapping out Wind Axe for Hulcus (Tap Wind Axe and another card)
Now you use Wind Axe Effect to clean a blocker and charge a Mana.
You have now 4 Mana (2 from before, 1 Hulcus, 1 from Wind Axe Effect)

-> Enough Mana to make Powerplays like double Gonta, double Energy Stream or Searing Wave.

My opinion is that you can't build a deck around turn 2 card. I've used it on my Bliss Totem + Divine Riptide combo. Quite funny deck to play in Finland cos we have banned these stupid cards like Corile.

Thanks for the reply. Yes that sounds cool. Seems like TC Aggro needs Soulswap to work. Tried building a version without it and it jus lt runs out of steam.

Corile, Cranium Clamp and Bombazar need to be permanently deleted
